I found an e-book in SpringerLink, but I cannot read it.

Saxion Library has not bought a licence for the e-book.
Saxion Library has bought the e-book from Ebsco. E-books from Springer purchased from Ebsco's platform can only be read through Ebsco. However, these e-books do appear in the search results if you search Springer directly. They just cannot be read because they are subject to Ebsco's terms of use e-books.

It is therefore better to search for an e-book through the catalogue.
